The state of the Metropolitan Police's war against thefts and attempted thefts at London Heathrow in which the value is at least £10,000 is reported in a newsletter, Business News 15 May 2005.
The project is called Operation Grafton and the Met works on it with the Airfreight Industry Minimum Security Standards (AIMSS) group, whose website (http://www.aimss) offers back issues of the newsletter.
