VOSA has implemented amendments to the HGV tester's manual
VOSA has amended the HGV tester's manual and designated premises regulations.
The RHA's head of technical services, Steve Biddle says that operators must take note of the changes and adds that he has already been contacted by companies that have been caught out by the revised regulations.
